Scene of Your Choice Live Painting
Packages begin at $2,000 and increase based on size (square inches). Most clients invest $2,200–$3,200, including travel.
Guest Portraits
Packages begin at $2,250 with most clients investing approximately $3,300, including travel.
Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking for all services.
Travel Policy
Travel is included within 50 miles of Jonesville, Michigan. Beyond that, travel is billed at $1 per mile.
For events requiring more than two hours of travel, overnight lodging is required. Events involving three or more hours of travel, or air travel, will receive a custom travel quote.
Leading up to the event I check in with you and send a Day-Of Questionnaire that finalizes and locks in the final details. Think start time, day of contact, painting location, etc. That way my team and I have everything needed to arrive prepared and ready to go!
Come the day-of I text the coordinator or planner to inform them of my ETA. I arrive 1-3 hours before my start time depending on the venue or complexity of the timeline to get acquainted with the space, set up, and ready to go to avoid any disruptions.
Because my guest portraits are loose yet recognizable, each portrait of two people typically takes about 10-15 minutes. While I may work faster in some cases, I prefer to be transparent so you can plan accordingly. In 6 hours I can do between 20-32 couples live depending on the timeline. All packages include take-home portraits to ensure every guest who wants one (trust me they will) will receive one.
Any portraits not completed during the event will be finished in my studio and mailed to you in bulk. After your event, I’ll follow up with an estimated delivery date. Generally, it's usually a 4-6 week turnaround time but will depend on how many take-home portraits and current availability.
- Guests don’t need to sit or pose. Our professional Guest Coordinator captures reference photos throughout the event, often beginning during cocktail hour.
- As the celebration unfolds, portraits are painted live while guests mingle, dance, and return to the station to see the artwork come to life. It quickly becomes a conversation point and a highlight of the evening.
- Finished portraits are placed in protective sleeves and made available for guests to collect. For packages that include studio completion, remaining portraits are finished after the event and shipped to you together.
